Capture The Eyes Episode 1 with black and white


I got comments from this post http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=435358. Therefore I processed this photo in to Black and White tone. What do you think about this black and white tone photo ?

THe black and white certainly adds to the photo - makes it sadder and makes you relate to the subject more.
