In Thailand, the commencement day is one of the proudest day in everybody life. I had a chance to take photos of my friend's sister commencement at Kasetsart University, BKK.
Thai students always take a lot of photos during the commencement day. However, I heard that students in in Western countries don't take a lot of photos for the commencement (please correct me if I am wrong). Anybody from the western has any ideas about this please let me know.

Is it graduation day ? I think everyone takes photos during that day as much as they like.

Kb, yes it is a graduation day. you can call either graduation day or commencement day : ) They are the same meaning.
We always took lots of pictures for high school and college graduations. A happy day, to be sure. :)
