My family and I went to Phrasimahathat Temple (Wat Yai) last long weekend. There are many people went to the temple on the same day. Phrasimahathat Temple (Wat Yai) is one of the royal temples in Thailand. It is located on Budhabucha rd., Nai Maeung Tumbon by the east of Nan river in Phisanulok province, Thailand. Normally, local people call "Wat Yai" or "Wat Prasi". It is the center of Buddhist people for local people in Phisanulok provice and all people in Thailand. People every part of Thailand come to the temple in order to worship the principle image of Buddha is called "Pra Budhachinnaraj" or "Loung Phor Yai" which is the most beautiful image of Buddha in Thailand. Moreover there are many images Buddha (Pra) which Thai people always respect too in the temple.
Note: "Pra" in Thai means an image of buddha or monks.

My Gallery - Victory Monument
Location: Victory Monument, Bangkok, Thailand. I took these photos with my Canon 400D, Kit 18-55 lens. Long exposure creates long light and star effect. Please feel free to comments (click each photo to see a bigger picture).
Background info of the Victory Monument : The Victory Monument, also located within a traffic circle, was built to honor 59 officers, policemen, government officials and plain civilians who sacrificed their lives during the conflict between Thailand and French Indochina in January 1939.
The monument is decorated with five statues representing the Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Civilian war heroes whose names are engraved on a bronze plate attached to the monument. Today, people tend to think of the Victory Monument as an area notorious for traffic congestion and as a hub for connecting buses to the outlying areas of Bangkok.
